Professional Arts Integration Resource

The PAIR Program is a professional development program for teachers developed through the Springer Opera House. PAIR stands for Professional Arts Integration Resource and equips teachers with everyday creative teaching tools to fully integrate arts content into their core content classrooms.

The PAIR Program partners classroom teachers with teaching artists in musicmovementtheatre, and visual art to plan, execute, and evaluate true arts integrated content. Teachers are empowered with creative, arts-based instructional strategies which leads to engaged , collaborative students.

The ultimate goal of the PAIR Program is total school transformation.

What We Do

PAIR Specialists and classroom teachers work in a gradual-release “Show Me, Help Me, Watch Me” model. This system equips teachers with the confidence to use arts integration in their own curriculum and at their own pace.
