Partnerships
Show me. Help me. Watch me
PAIR Partnerships can look different for every school, but here are four ways to start your arts integration journey!
1. Traditional PAIR Partnership (Group of teachers from a school)
This partnership includes:
PAIR Trainings: PAIR specialists will provide teachers with multiple strategies to use for arts integration in the classroom.
Follow Up Visits to Classrooms: PAIR specialists will visit classrooms and create a full arts integrated lesson plan.
PAIR Lesson Plan Database: Teachers will have access to hundreds of PAIR arts integration lesson plans.
The goal of this partnership is to provide classroom teachers with support, creative teaching methods, and accessible art content for all.
2. Artist In Residence (Full Staff of a School)
This partnership includes:
PAIR Trainings: PAIR specialists will conduct trainings on preselected days, providing teachers with multiple strategies to use for arts integration in the classroom.
Follow Up Visits to Classrooms: A PAIR Specialist will be “on loan” to that school for an entire day or beyond depending on the number of teachers involved.
Artists in Residence will work with teachers to develop arts integrated lesson plans, seeing no more than 7 classes per day.
3. County Partnership (Teachers across the county)
This partnership includes:
PAIR Trainings: PAIR specialists will provide customized trainings for teachers from multiple school campuses.
Follow Up Visits to Classrooms: PAIR specialists will visit classrooms and create a full arts integrated lesson plan. Visits are allocated based on the contract.
PAIR Lesson Plan Database: Teachers will have access to hundreds of PAIR arts integration lesson plans.
Over the course of the partnership with teachers, the specialists will encourage the teachers to become more independent with arts integration. The goal is for the teacher to feel equally as confident with the art as they do with their core curriculum.
4. Professional Development
PAIR Program will conduct trainings on preselected Professional Development days.
1 hour, half day, or full day workshop is available.
All staff are welcome to attend these Professional Development days.
